  • Base Pricing Includes:
    • STANDARD Packaging with weights and labels
    • USDA inspection and grading data
    • Quality boxes for ease of transport
    • Selection from Standard Cut Sheets
    • Portion control chubs for grinds (1# or 2# packages)
    • No surcharge for patties, 25# minimum
    • No surcharge for extended hanging/dry-aging
    • No surcharge for freezing
    • No surcharge for dividing orders by halves

Pork
